Are Rizos Curls products safe for color-treated hair?

Yes! All our products are formulated with natural ingredients and are free of sulfates, silicones, and parabens, making them completely safe for color-treated and chemically processed hair.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your curls! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Rizos Curls is a cruelty-free brand. Most of our products are vegan; however, we recommend checking the ingredient list on specific product pages for details.

Which products should I use for my specific curl type?

Our products are designed to work for all curl types, from 2A waves to 4C coils. We recommend starting with our Refresh & Detangle Spray for moisture and the Curl Defining Cream for hold.
