Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your curls, but if a product isn't the right fit, we offer returns or exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be in their original packaging and gently used to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original box or a similar mailer, ensuring the printed label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
